Real people. Real experience.
Real impact.

Our team is proudly autistic-led, trauma-informed, and shaped by lived experience. We’ve sat on both sides of the table, as clinicians, as family members, and many of us as neurodivergent individuals ourselves.

Whether you're just starting out or an experienced BSP, you'll find a place where your work is respected, your growth is supported, and your individuality is celebrated.

We offer flexibility without the burnout (none of those nasty KPIs), a supportive community of likeminded practitioners, and leadership that actually has your back. Do meaningful work with people who get it.
