The Money Stuff
Billable work: $130-$150/hour, depending on your experience and PBS level.
Superannuation: 12% on top of your hourly rate
Mandatory Admin and Supervision (e.g., staff meetings): $40/hour
What We’re Looking For
You’re a Behaviour Support Practitioner with current PBS registration (Core, Proficient, or Advanced)
You align with neuroaffirming, person-centred, and trauma-informed practice
You’re confident working independently and communicating with families, stakeholders, and the NDIS
You bring your own device (laptop/tablet), internet access, and a willingness to be part of something evolving and values-led
