To our amazing alumni,

At Therapy in the Outback, we’re proud not only of the work we do together, but also of the journeys our team members take after they leave us. Many of our alumni have gone on to start their own practices, become NDIS-registered providers, and continue delivering amazing, neuro-affirming supports across Australia.

We see this as something to celebrate. Our alumni show what’s possible when passionate, skilled practitioners bring their own ideas and values to life in new ways.

Our alumni have:

  • Launched small practices in their local, regional and remote communities.

  • Brought fresh approaches to behaviour support, psychology, and allied health.

  • Continued to champion dignity, autonomy, and neuro-affirming practice.

Each one adds to the network of values-driven providers working to make supports more accessible and meaningful.

They carry forward the spirit of Therapy in the Outback: person-centred, practical, and heart-driven.

Nicky Davison | Lumini Behaviour Support

Originally from the UK, Nicky brings over 20 years of experience working in behaviour support. Nicky has developed a passion for supporting people by utilising a strengths based approach to improve their quality of life.

Nicky providers services in the Wanneroo and North Perth regions, in Western Australia.

Outside of work, Nicky likes to spend her time travelling, and exploring nature with her family.

Nicky joined our team early 2025 and continues to be a integral part of our team, collaborating and consulting on support cases. Nicky became a registered provider in August 2025. She now provides services to her local community through Lumini Behaviour Support.
