    Brooke Bos

    Founder | Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioner

    Brooke has over 12 years of experience delivering behaviour support services: to both children and adults, and has held various previous leadership roles. She is both a specialist PBSP and a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst.

    Brooke specialises in supporting individuals with Autism, complex mental health presentations, brain injuries and more. Brooke is passionate about providing neuroaffirming support and teaching the next generation of behaviour support practitioners, how to deliver behaviour support that actually works.

    In her spare time, Brooke enjoys ceramics and kayaking, and spending time with her service dog, Luna.

  • Michelle McCabe

    {allages}{hours}{remote}{psychosocial}Michelle has 30 years of experience in education, out-of-home care, and behaviour support. She holds a Bachelors in Teaching, Masters in Special Needs and is completing her Social Work Degree.

    She specialises in supporting individuals with diverse complex needs using neuroaffirming, person-centred approaches.

    Michelle provides behaviour support services across the Hunter Upper NSW region and remote rural areas across Australia. Michelle provides clinical oversight and operational leadership to the team.

    Outside of work, Michelle is a proud mum to two young adults with special needs and is an animal lover, caring for horses, dogs, and cats.

    Marie Morgane-Hieulle

    Clinical Director | Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioner
    📍 Inner West & Sydney, NSW

    {nd}{remote}{allages}{hours}Marie is a Specialist Level Behaviour Practitioner, a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst, and holds a master’s degree in clinical psychology. She has a particular interest in helping people with disabilities and behavioural challenges access the healthcare system (i.e. blood tests, dental, and much more), and has extensive experience working with non-speaking people.

    Marie provides services in and around Sydney and Yass (NSW), and also provides clinical oversight and operational leadership to our team.

    Outside of work, Marie likes to hike and spend time with their partner and dogs.
